AI search optimization agency in Dubai: be the answer, not a result
AVMDEVS is an AI search optimization agency in Dubai for businesses whose buyers now ask ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity and Google's AI Overviews who to hire and what to buy. Answer engine optimization (AEO) and generative engine optimization (GEO) are the work of making those assistants able to read your site, trust what it says, and name you when the question is asked. You get an audit of what they say today, the technical and content fixes, the off-site signals they rely on, and a monthly share-of-voice report.
We take on a limited number of AI search retainers at a time, and we practise this on our own site first. A business with no record to point to, or a market the assistants do not yet answer, is told so at the review.
Scope
What you get
Fixed, written into the proposal, and the same list you will see on the invoice. Anything outside it gets quoted before it gets built.
- 01
AI visibility audit
We ask the assistants the questions your buyers ask, in English and Arabic, and record what each one says about you, your competitors and the category, so the baseline is a fact rather than a feeling.
- 02
Technical AI readiness
AI crawler access in robots.txt, an llms.txt, one clean Organization node, Service, FAQ and Article schema, and pages that answer in the first hundred words, so an assistant can read and quote you.
- 03
Answer-ready content
Service pages, FAQs and articles structured the way assistants extract answers: a direct claim, the checkable fact behind it, and the specifics of your market.
- 04
Authority signals
The mentions assistants weight: verified reviews, directory profiles with consistent facts, publications and partner sites, and the entity data that ties them all to one company.
- 05
Prompt tracking
The same buyer questions asked every month across the major assistants, with your mentions, your competitors' mentions and the sources each one cites.
- 06
Share-of-voice reporting
How often you are the answer, what changed since last month, and the next set of fixes, in one report a board can read.
Method
How we work on this
Four steps, and what each one means for this kind of work.
Step 01
Brief: the questions your buyers ask
You send the brief with your site, your markets, the three to five questions a buyer would ask an assistant before choosing you, and the competitors you expect to be named instead. If you have asked an assistant already, tell us what it said.
Step 02
Review: we ask the assistants before we answer you
A lead runs the questions across ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity and Google AI, reads what comes back and looks at the record your business can point to. The reply within one business day says whether AI search can move your numbers and what the first three fixes would be.
Step 03
Scope: prompts, fixes, signals and months
A written scope names the prompt set we track, the technical and content work, the off-site profiles and reviews to build, the monthly fee and the point at which results are judged. Nothing outside it is billed without a quote.
Step 04
Build: the site first, then the record around it
Technical readiness ships in the first month, in the code. Answer-ready content follows on a schedule you approve. Off-site signals are built as the content goes live. Every month closes with the share-of-voice report.
Region
Delivered in the Gulf
The specifics that decide whether a build works in the UAE and Saudi Arabia, handled as part of the scope rather than discovered after launch.
Buyers in the UAE and Saudi Arabia ask the assistants in Arabic as well as English, and the answers differ by language. We track and write for both: Arabic FAQs and service pages with the same checkable facts as the English, so an assistant answering an Arabic question has an Arabic source to cite.
Assistants lean on entity data, and Gulf businesses often have it scattered across a trade licence name, a brand name and an English transliteration. We make the legal name, the address, the phone and the founding date identical across the site, Google Business Profile, Clutch, LinkedIn and the directories, which is the single fix that most often changes what an assistant says.
For Saudi clients the PDPL shapes what can be published about customers, so proof is built from reviews, case studies with consent and verified profiles rather than client lists. For the UAE, a Google Business Profile per emirate and reviews on it remain the strongest local signal the assistants read.

Pricing
Indicative ranges for accepted projects. Every quote is written against the scope agreed at the review.
AI search optimization runs as a monthly retainer sized to the prompt set, the languages and the amount of content and off-site work the audit finds. Accepted projects in this category usually start around $950. See ranges →
Answers
AI Search (AEO & GEO) questions
The things clients ask before they sign. If yours is not here, ask us directly.
Do you take every project?
No. AI assistants recommend businesses with a record they can verify, and a company with no reviews, no profiles and a thin site needs that record built before optimization can work. A lead runs your buyers' questions through the assistants before we quote, and if the honest answer is that the foundations come first, that is the answer you get.
Who owns the code?
You own everything: the technical changes in your codebase, the llms.txt and schema, the content, the profiles we create and the prompt-tracking data. Accounts are opened in your name from the start. If the retainer ends, nothing switches off, and the report history is yours to keep.
What is the difference between AEO, GEO and SEO?
SEO earns a position in a list of links. Answer engine optimization earns the direct answer, in Google's AI Overviews or a voice assistant. Generative engine optimization earns a mention inside a written answer from ChatGPT, Gemini or Perplexity. They share the same foundation of a fast, structured, honest site, and differ in what the content and the off-site record have to look like.
How do you measure whether it is working?
The same set of buyer questions is asked across the major assistants every month, and we record whether you are named, how you are described, which competitors appear and which sources are cited. Share of voice, not a ranking, is the number, alongside the enquiries that mention an assistant as the source.
How long before AI assistants mention us?
Technical readiness shows within weeks, because assistants re-read sites often. Changes in what they say about you take longer, usually three to six months, because they follow the off-site record: reviews, profiles and mentions that take time to build. The scope states when results are judged.
Does this replace SEO?
No, it sits on top of it. Assistants still draw heavily on the pages that rank, so a site that cannot rank cannot be the answer. Most clients run the two together, one report, one team, and the SEO retainer supplies the pages that the AI work then makes quotable.
