Where is AVMDEVS registered?

AVMDEVS LLC is a limited liability company registered in Colorado, United States (entity 20251419225, in good standing), with its office in Sherman Oaks, California. The team behind it has been delivering software and growth work for clients since 2011. Our reviews are verified on Clutch and Google under real client names, and our five leads are named on the About page.

Why is there so little public work for a company with 400+ projects?

Because most of it is under NDA and all of it is owned by the client. We assign full IP at handover and do not ask for credit. The projects on our Work page are the ones we have written permission to show.

Why don't you show your full team?

Clients work with a named lead. The engineers and specialists behind that lead work under NDA and are not client-facing, so every project has one accountable voice and our people can do their jobs without being approached directly.

Do you take every project?

No. A lead reviews every brief and we decline more than we accept, usually because the budget, the timeline or the fit is wrong. Accepted projects get a fixed scope and a named lead. Declined ones get a reason.

Why did your company registration change in 2025?

AVMDEVS LLC was registered in Colorado in 2025 as the single US contracting entity for all clients. The team and the work predate it by more than a decade.

Where are you based?

The company is registered in the US. The team works across the US, the GCC and MENA, in English, Arabic and French, and covers every time zone.

Do you work with agencies?

Yes. A significant share of our work ships through agencies under their name. The same NDA and IP terms apply.

Can I speak to a reference?

Yes, once we have both agreed there is a fit. We do not hand out client contacts before that point.

Scope and engagement

Can I combine more than one service in a single engagement?

Yes, and most engagements do: a website with SEO behind it, an app with the backend and payment integration built alongside it, a rebrand rolled out across the new site. One team runs the whole scope, so nothing gets lost between vendors or re-briefed twice.

What happens after I submit a brief?

A lead reads it and replies within one business day. If there is a fit, a short call to test scope and budget, then a written scope covering what gets built, the timeline, a named lead and a price. If there is not, a clear reason. Nothing starts until you approve the scope in writing.

Do you work with startups, or only established businesses?

Both. Startups usually start with a fixed-scope MVP or a focused first engagement; established businesses often bring a fuller brief. Either way, we scope to what you can commit to now, not what would be ideal in theory.

Can I see references or talk to past clients?

Yes, on request for active proposals. What we will not do is publish invented testimonials or client logos without permission, which is part of why our marketing carries less manufactured social proof than agencies that do.

Ownership, security and confidentiality

Do you sign NDAs before discussing our project?

Yes, as standard practice before any discovery conversation goes into real detail, whether the project is a new idea, an audit of an existing system, or a review of a vendor's work.

Who owns the work once it is delivered?

You do. Source code, designs, brand assets and any accounts we set up on your behalf transfer to you at handover, with documentation, across every service we offer.

Do you outsource work to freelancers or third parties?

No. Every engagement is built by the AVMDEVS team, a small senior bench that works under NDA behind a named lead. That is also why you always talk to the people actually responsible for the work rather than an account manager relaying updates from someone else.

Can you work with us if we are not in the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar or the US?

Yes. Those are the markets most of our clients are in, not a hard boundary. We deliver remotely for clients across MENA and beyond, and the same process and accountability apply wherever you are.

Budget and process

How does AVMDEVS price a project?

Against the actual scope: what gets built, the integrations involved and the timeline you need, not a day rate or a package tier picked off a menu. The pricing page publishes the ranges accepted projects fall into so you can judge fit before you write a brief; the final price follows the review.

What if I only have a rough idea, not a full scope yet?

That is the normal starting point, not a problem. Discovery exists to turn a rough idea into a written scope you can actually approve, whichever service it touches.
