Can I combine more than one service in a single engagement?

Yes, and most engagements do: a website with SEO behind it, an app with the backend and payment integration built alongside it, a rebrand rolled out across the new site. One team runs the whole scope, so nothing gets lost between vendors or re-briefed twice.

What happens after I request a quote?

A short discovery call or a written brief exchange, then a scoped proposal within one business day covering what gets built, the timeline and the deliverables. Nothing starts until you approve the scope in writing.

Do you work with startups, or only established businesses?

Both. Startups usually start with a fixed-scope MVP or a focused first engagement; established businesses often bring a fuller brief. Either way, we scope to what you can commit to now, not what would be ideal in theory.

Can I see references or talk to past clients?

Yes, on request for active proposals. What we will not do is publish invented testimonials or client logos without permission, which is part of why our marketing carries less manufactured social proof than agencies that do.

Ownership, security and confidentiality

Do you sign NDAs before discussing our project?

Yes, as standard practice before any discovery conversation goes into real detail, whether the project is a new idea, an audit of an existing system, or a review of a vendor's work.

Who owns the work once it is delivered?

You do. Source code, designs, brand assets and any accounts we set up on your behalf transfer to you at handover, with documentation, across every service we offer.

Do you outsource work to freelancers or third parties?

No. Every engagement is built by the AVMDEVS team across our four desks. That is also why you always talk to the people actually doing the work rather than an account manager relaying updates from someone else.

Company and territories

Is AVMDEVS an actual registered company?

Yes, a US LLC registered in the State of Colorado, with its office in Sherman Oaks, California, operating since 2011 with desks in the US, Beirut, Dubai and Jeddah. This is not a freelance collective operating under a shared brand name.

Can you work with us if we are not in the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Lebanon or the US?

Yes. Those are our four desks, not a hard boundary. We deliver remotely for clients outside those markets regularly, and the same process and accountability apply wherever you are.

How does AVMDEVS price a project?

Against the actual scope: what gets built, the integrations involved and the timeline you need, not a day rate or a package tier picked off a menu. Every proposal is written against your brief specifically, and you get it within one business day of sending it.

What if I only have a rough idea, not a full scope yet?

That is the normal starting point, not a problem. Discovery exists to turn a rough idea into a written scope you can actually approve, whichever service it touches.
