Consulting

Digital transformation consultancy in Dubai from people who also ship the plan

AVMDEVS offers digital transformation consultancy in Dubai and across the GCC for owners and management teams who need the business, not just the website, to work differently: an operating model that runs on software instead of WhatsApp, a route to market for a new product, a growth plan with numbers a board can hold you to. You get the analysis, the plan, the priorities and, if you want it, the team that builds what the plan calls for.

We take on a limited number of advisory engagements at a time and a lead reads every brief. A plan that nobody on your side can own, or a strategy that is really a request for a deck, is told so at the review.

Scope

What you get

Fixed, written into the proposal, and the same list you will see on the invoice. Anything outside it gets quoted before it gets built.

  1. 01

    Operating model

How the business runs today, mapped honestly, and how it should run: the processes, the systems, the roles and the handoffs, with the changes ordered by value.

  2. 02

    Go-to-market

A route to customers you can execute: the segment, the offer, the channels, the pricing and the first ninety days, written for the people who will do it.

  3. 03

    Growth strategy

Where to focus and what to measure, with the numbers behind each choice and the ones you should stop tracking.

  4. 04

    Systems and vendor selection

Which parts to rent, which to build and which to leave alone, with the vendors and costs named, and the sequence that avoids paying for two systems at once.

  5. 05

    Execution support

A lead alongside your team through the first months, running the plan, unblocking decisions and adjusting it when reality disagrees.

Method

How we work on this

Four steps, and what each one means for this kind of work.

  1. Step 01

Brief: the decision, the business and the constraint

You send the brief with the business, the decision in front of you, what has been tried, the numbers you trust, and the constraint that matters most, usually time, cash or people. Who on your side will own the result is the question we ask first.

  2. Step 02

Review: a lead replies within one business day

The reply is a yes, a no with a reason, or the questions we need answered. A yes names the shape of the engagement, an assessment, a plan or a retainer, and the people we would need to speak to in the first two weeks.

  3. Step 03

Scope: questions, interviews, deliverables, date and price

A written scope lists the questions the work answers, the interviews and data it needs, the deliverables and who they are written for, a fixed price and a date. A retainer states the days per month and the responsibilities.

  4. Step 04

Build: findings as we go, a plan the team can run

Findings are shared as they surface. The plan is written for the people who will execute it, with the first ninety days in detail and a readout with your management. Where the plan calls for software, the same studio can build it, which keeps the plan honest about what building costs.

Region

Delivered in the Gulf

The specifics that decide whether a build works in the UAE and Saudi Arabia, handled as part of the scope rather than discovered after launch.

Transformation in the UAE and Saudi Arabia runs into specifics a generic playbook misses: the Kingdom's Vision 2030 procurement and localisation rules that decide which customers you can sell to, e-invoicing under ZATCA, the PDPL's limits on where customer data may live, and the free-zone and mainland licensing choices that shape what a UAE company may sell and to whom.

It also runs on relationships and languages. A go-to-market for the Gulf names the channels that actually close here, distributor, partner or direct, and the Arabic-language presence a Saudi buyer expects. Plans are written so a bilingual team can run them and so the software they call for is built for both scripts from the start.

Advisory work is a fixed price against the written scope; execution support is a monthly retainer stated in days and responsibilities. See ranges →

Answers

Business Consultancy questions

The things clients ask before they sign. If yours is not here, ask us directly.

Do you take every project?

No. A lead reads every brief and we accept the work where an honest plan will change what the business does. A strategy nobody on your side can own, a request for a deck to satisfy a lender, or a problem better solved by hiring than by consulting gets a straight no with the reason, usually within one business day.

Who owns the code?

You own the analysis, the plan, the models and any software built during the engagement, with the rights assigned in the contract. What we learn about your business stays under NDA and is not reused, and the deliverables are written so another advisor or your own team could carry them forward without us.

How is this different from a management consultancy?

The people who write the plan are the people who build software for a living, so the plan knows what a system costs, how long it takes and what breaks. We do not sell a transformation programme; we sell a decision, a plan and the first ninety days, and we can build what the plan calls for if you ask.

How long does an engagement take?

An assessment with a plan usually runs four to eight weeks, depending on the interviews and data it needs. Execution support runs as a monthly retainer with a notice period, and most clients keep it for the first quarter of the plan. The scope states the date and the readouts along the way.

Can you help us choose and implement the software?

Yes. Vendor selection is part of most operating-model work: which parts to rent, which to build and in what order. Where the answer is to build, the same studio does it against the plan. Where the answer is to rent, we help select, negotiate and implement, and we have no commission from any vendor.
