01 / The project
A mobile app for Lebanon Rugby, putting the federation’s fixtures, teams and news in fans’ pockets.
Sports communities run on timeliness, and the app gives the federation a direct channel to its audience.
A federation's audience is scattered across social platforms it does not control, where important updates get lost. The app was scoped to give Lebanon Rugby a home of its own, one place where fixtures, teams and news are official, current and easy to find.
We designed and built the mobile app around the moments that matter to fans, so match information and announcements reach them directly rather than through an algorithm. It hands the federation a direct line to its community and a platform it owns as the sport grows.
Delivered by AVMDEVS, a small senior team working under NDA for selected clients across the US, the GCC and MENA. This case is published with the client's permission; most of the record is not.
