Shipping to both platforms from one engagement is where a lot of app projects lose time and consistency. Yalator was scoped so the experience stayed the same on iOS and Android while still respecting each platform's conventions, which kept the product coherent without doubling the work.

We handled the product design, the cross-platform build and the backend it runs on, then took it through the release process on both stores. One accountable team from scope to launch meant the decisions stayed consistent and the app shipped as one product, not two.
